Fold-Over Elastic is a great way to bind any raw edge in just one pass. It goes around turns and corners with no puckers. It can be stretched or gathered for any project. Use it in place of bias tape. The narrow elastic is excellent on baby clothes, lingerie, T-shirts and more. 81% polyester and 19% spandex. Shimmery glow one side/ matte opposite side -- either can be used as face .
